At The Lodge, we believe that every great dish starts with fresh, local ingredients. That’s why we work closely with family-run businesses that are as passionate about quality as we are.

Our meats are sourced from the Apperley family, who have over 50 years of experience in the butchery trade. Whether it’s for our succulent roasts or mouthwatering steaks, their expertise ensures we serve only the best cuts.

For seafood lovers, we source the freshest fish from Elmore Seafoods, a family-run company based in Lisburn that has been delivering the catch since 1894. From delicate fillets to hearty seafood dishes, Elmore ensures top quality with every delivery.

When it comes to fresh produce, we turn to Sydney B. Scott’s for vibrant vegetables and salads, and Semples, another family-run business based just outside Limavady, for locally grown potatoes. These partnerships allow us to create dishes that highlight the flavours of the North Coast.
